Ingredients
Dried Chillies, Shallot, Lemon Grass, Tamarind, Lime Juice, Monosodium Glutamate, Citric Acid, Sugar, Salt

Preparation and Usage
Thai Tom Yam Paste Cooking Instruction
1. Heat 500ml (2 1/2 cups) water in pot. Add Adabi's Thai Tom Yam Paste together with 150gm meat, chicken or squid, that is cut to small pieces. Stir and boil until tender.
Note: To cook Prawn Tom Yam, use boiled prawn and drain separately as the prawn stock can affect the Prawn Tom Yam flavour.
2. Add 5 cloves (50gm) of cauliflower and boil until cooked in approximately 5 minutes.
3. Ready to serve.
